baconeggs.com aim is to be able to provide the small trader or self-employed businessman the opportunity to exist in the land of the browser and online shop and for a cost to match their budget
The original idea was born in 2004 when a friend wanted a website and had no idea where to start. This developed in 2005 into baconeggs.com. when PHP and SQL skills were added to the knowledge of web page programming, and fully interactive web service was then available
Our first eCommerce site followed soon afterwards
In order to provide a complete service to our clients we can now provide dedicated web space on shared and professionally managed web servers and we able to register and manage web domain names (such as .co.uk, .eu and .com). We can also provide a full feature online payments service either through a secure server or a real-time credit card verification system
We are still small and we prefer to stay that way. There are many large web design companies who are able to offer services to medium and large businesses and corporate clients who have very large and varied portfolios - and large and impressive offices and all the costs that go with that. We don't !
So when you come to baconeggs.com you will get our personal attention, because that's the way we like it too
