Online Bulk/Trade ordering -- details
The Trade/Bulk system is based around two tables of information that you input from your web browser (though we can do this for you, for a small charge, if you prefer)
- your list of products (size, unit weight, unit costs, carton/pallet costs)
- your customer's details (names, cash or credit, trade discount, credit limit)
To give the facility to your customer:
- you set up an account for them
- either a ‘cash’ account where a credit card payment will be processed by the system, online, during the order process
- or a credit account (you set the credit limit) where you will invoice them later
- if a credit account customer exceeds the credit limit you set, they can submit the order for your consideration, or pay the excess or the whole amount online by credit card as you wish
- you can set a trade discount figure, if any, which will be applied automatically to all orders made by that customer. It can differ for each customer.
- orders can be emailed to you, viewed online or both
Control of the system is yours.You decide which size of system you want and, within those limits, you are free to add, remove or change your customer details or your stock list, as often as you wish
