How does our charging system work?
Annual Fixed charge
Our annual fixed charge covers the day-to-day maintenance and service rental and, other than the basic plan, includes a number of hours maintenance work. You can purchase additional maintenance work up front or at the time you need it
There are additional benefits, such as email accounts sub-domains and SQL databases, included as part of your annual contract, depending on which option you choose
If you have opted for one of our ready-made packages, all the maintenance and update costs are included as part of the monthly rental - have a look at your package details for further information
The usage charge - or not!
The only variable ongoing charge is a small usage charge if you exceed the bandwidth we have agreed when we set up your site..... in other words your website is so popular that more people have visited it than we both envisaged and some extra bandwidth is needed
You will receive a minimum of 10 days notice of this charge being incurred so we can discuss ways to avoid or minimise it .... or you may be so happy that so many people are visiting your site that you are happy to pay it !
